Thinking about what to give someone during a special occasion is a bit hard sometimes, especially if you do not know the person that well. It is hard to discern whether the person will genuinely like the gift you will give them or not. The easiest choice will be to give them something nice and useful. Giving wallets for men or wallets for ladies will be something nice - you can either give them a black or brown one or if you know their favorite color, then you can give them a wallet in their favorite color.
If you know that the person loves to write journals, leather writing journals will be the best gifts. If you know the person quite well, it is actually easier to decide on what to give since you will have an idea on what they want and their interests. For example, your friend collects something, it will be nice to buy something that is still missing from his/her collection. In general, it is always the thought that counts. Remembering the special occasion in someone’s life is already good but it will even be greater if you give him/her something that you put your effort in. A handmade card from her child could be the best gift a mother can have - nothing expensive but definitely heartwarming.
