Micro Outsourcing

With the world’s current economic status, companies tend to outsource some of their business processes, especially those that are non-core to the business.  For the big players, outsourcing is something that they had been doing for the longest time.  But it is a bit different for start ups and medium scale businesses who are also struggling to keep the business up in the midst of this economic meltdown.  Some outsourcing service providers do not accept small scale projects with one employee except for those who are into micro outsourcing.

Micro outsourcing or MicroSourcing can very well be defined as low level outsourcing.  Meaning you can outsource starting with a single employee.  This can also include one-time projects or having a single person for only a few hours per month.  This kind of outsourcing model can very well work for a small business that needs to cut down their costs.

Microsourcing opens the door of opportunity to small and medium-sized businesses to pick up on their revenue and to grow. This helps them reduce overhead expenses thus increase profit in some ways. Like what a lot of small business owners will say in this time of crisis, microsourcing can help make miracles happen.
