As a recruitment specialist for a web development and design company, I know that people who are good in web development and design are among the highest paid employees nowadays. People who took up courses like visual communication, interior design or advertising compose our design team. A bachelor’s degree is not necessary, all you need are the skills and the creativity plus a short course or a diploma. Because of the good pay and my interest in design, I am actually considering a career shift - from human resource to designing. So I searched the web for possible programs and came across this website: http://www.iadtschaumburg.com/.

Looking at the curriculum, my interest grew even deeper that I am considering taking online courses or studying part time. I love designing so much that I sometimes mingle with our artists just to get some ideas or some free lessons on using Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver. Well, who knows, in a few months I would have created a portfolio, submit my resume and asked my employer to transfer me to the design department.
