Good Bartending

I have always been amazed looking at the bartenders juggle and mix various liquors, wines and juices to create one unique drink. I think it is quite fun to be able to create your very own Mixed Drinks that make customers return to your bar.
Among the great characteristics of a good bartender is his attentiveness. They should be able to entertain and attend to customers’ needs the soonest. Knowledge is another thing. Good bartenders should have a huge collection of Mixed Drink Recipes and experiment on new ones. It is also important to know what your bar serves, and perhaps, some information about your bar. It is also very important to be clean and be prepared and resourceful during unexpected circumstances.
Well, bartending is supposedly fun. Preparing some Drinking Games and, perhaps, suggesting them to your customers could also add to the entertainment and give them more reason to return.
