My mom cooks really well. I don’t know how she do it but even when I am using the same ingredients, her cooking is still a lot better than mine. Yet, I told myself that I will never give up. When I came across this site: http://www.baychef.com/programs/culinary_arts.asp, my passion for cooking went up even more.
My passion for cooking started in college, when I realized that my male housemates cook more dishes than I do. Then, I began to learn to cook the basic adobo, then learn more complex dishes. If things push through, I want to study culinary arts and become a chef.
