Admit it. Once in your life, you have been a fan of a certain sports person - whether because he or she is good in what he or she do or because of their looks. Name it: Tiger Woods, David Beckham, Ana Ivanovic, Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and a lot more. You may have also tried one or two team sports like basketball, volleyball, football or baseball.
Sports is already a part of our lives. In fact, it is really ideal to get into sports to keep yourself healthy and fit. Sports, like any physical activity, lessens your risk of getting diseases like cancer, heart disease, and stroke. It also helps us cope with stress and improves not just our physical, but also our mental health.
