It may seem that having a healthy lifestyle is too difficult.  It is not.  You can actually start by changing some bad habits.   You can begin with your sleeping habits.  Indulging yourself by sleeping longer than eight hours is a no no.  Aside from the headache that you may also have by staying longer in bed, you also shorten your lifespan.  However, taking naps during the day will help lessen your risk of having a heart attack.

Having a pet also helps.  Studies show that some pets have a therapeutic effect on humans.  The cheefulness that pets bring into your life helps in relieving stress and reduce blood pressure.

Adding berries in your diet will also help delay the onset of aging and age-related memory loss.  Berries have higher levels of antioxidants than other food.
