Investing On Your Health

I remember last year when I had an operation. It was rather a very unexpected thing and I was not prepared for it at all. Not financially, not emotionally. I did not have any money in my pocket nor money in my bank account. I had to borrow money from the office. Good thing my bosses are really nice, if not, then I wonder what could have happened to me. After that incident, I have learned my lesson. I have started investing on my health insurance. Some may think that getting a health insurance is just a waste of money, but you won’t know it’s value until you begin to need one.

A health insurance is probably one insurance that you would not want to have use for. It is rather wise to invest on it but it is an investment you don’t want to use. It is good to have one so you are prepared for any unpredicted health problems. Yet, it is best not to be able to use it because it means you are healthy. Well, some health insurance have the annual general check-up as part of the package which is something you should opt to use. Knowing the status of your health is always important. Yet, as we all know, prevention is always better than cure. Nothing beats a healthy diet and having enough exercise.
