Colorado is one of the world’s top skiing and snowboarding destinations in the world. During summer, it also has a lot of fun activities to offer. Denver has more than 300 sunny days per year and 15 million acres of national parks so you can surely enjoy both summer and winter. You can go skiing, cycling, hiking and do a lot of stuff in Denver or drive to the ski resorts, and hiking and biking trails nearby. This makes buying a Denver real estate really worth the investment.
For families, Denver has a lot of recreational facilities. They have parks, museums, water parks, Denver Botanical Gardens, Denver Zoo, and a large performing arts complex. Denver also has Coor’s Field Stadium and Elitch’s Amusement Park for both kids and adults. For teens and adults, they can enjoy Denver’s nightlife with a number of nightclubs and dancing clubs.
